Released a large number of works in subculture magazines comic magazines and fashion magazines in the 80s and 90s and thereby has been recognized as a manga artist representing the age. Major works include Pink Happy house and Rivers Edge. On May 19th 1996 she was hit by a drunk driver while walking near her home with her husband. She sustained serious injuries and took a hiatus as she recovered. Since then she has released the occasional work.
