He has worked as a creative director at 180 Amsterdam BBH New York Wieden Kennedy New York and other global creative agencies. He founded PARTY in 2011 and after serving as the head of its New York and Taipei studios founded Whatever in 2018. In 2023 he has also inaugurated as CCO of Open Medical Lab Inc. He has worked on a wide range of projects including brand campaigns TV program development and music video direction. He has earned more than 100 awards around the world including Cannes Lions and has been chosen as one of the Creativity magazines Creative 50 Fast Companys 100 most creative people in business and AERA magazines 100 people breaking out of Japan.
