No matter how many relationships we seem to have were all alone. Mei Misaki Overall Score : 8.7/10 Story : 8/10 Art : 8/10 Sound : 9/10 Character : 7/10 Enjoyment : 9/10 First of all this was a really good show. 26 years ago in a thirdyear classroom of a middle school there was a student named Misaki. As an honours student also good at sports the charming guy was popular with his classmates. When he suddenly died his classmates decided to carry on as if he was still alive until graduation. Then in the spring of 1998 a boy named Sakakibara Kouichi transfers to that class and he grows suspicious of the fearful atmosphere in that classroom. In particular there is a beautiful aloof girl named Misaki Mei who wears an eyepatch and is always alone drawing pictures. I enjoyed it a lot throughout its whole 12 episodes its mystery component kept me hooked until the end. It was my first anime of this genre so I was a bit excited but yet wasnt expecting too much so I can assure you it exceeded my expectations. It solidified itself as a show I will definitely enjoy only in its first four episodes I realized this as I was getting interested in the plots asking questions making my own theories and wanting to watch more doesnt this go to show how good it was. The OP definitely suited the horror and mystery vibes but tbh the ED gave me harem vibes and ngl Kouichi seemed the main guy of the harem hahahahaaha okay jokes aside the ost was good giving the perfect mystery and horror vibes and totally setting the environment and getting you into the mood. The last ep wasnt as exciting as I was expecting but it definitely wrapped things up perfectly tieing up all loose ends also that reveal that was being built up the whole show was surprising as hell Characters are all fair and good not so good as to leave a big impression but enough for me to like them Akazawa was a big disappointment tbh I was expecting her to be one of my favs but she just kept disappointing me. I liked Kouichi Misaki Teshigawara Mochizuki and Chibiki a lot. They were my favs As to one thing that Ive hated my whole life is the survival shows I first hated Hollywood movies bcz of them all being survival movies all will die only a few or one will be left kind of thing example the horror movies or final destination kind they are so annoying tbh btw I like Hollywood movies now after discovering there are many awesome kind of movies as well Oh sorry you must think I went off trail but no I didnt this show is of that kind really you have to pray for your fav to not die seriously and its killing this was the reason I wasnt expecting much of this show but anyways I liked this show overall it turned out to be better So Id definitely recommend giving it a watch
