First off best golfing anime I will die on that hill Also considering most of the other golfing anime we have kind of sucks... its not much of a praise but hey a win is a win. This anime doesnt honestly offer much in the sense of being too deep or trying to be more than what it is presenting. Its really just three friends having a great time together enjoying golf and honestly thats fine. Sometimes all we have in life is the simple thing it doesnt need to be all deep and meaningful every single day of our lives... somedays just take it nice and slow and relax. The beautiful thing about golf is that it brings the best and worst out of you. It is a sport that is determine by your own skill and not affected by someone else defending you or forcing you to make a terrible play. You are your own biggest enemy. And I think they did wanted to explore that more base on a few moments we see in this show but they didnt really want to explore too much into it. Since I dont think they wanted to take away from whats most important... enjoying the game with those you care about. We are our worst enemies seriously... we sometimes overthink things and go into self loathing. We fear we may not be able to do the things others can and we fall short of our goals. As how we respond to failure will be a testament to the type of person you are and the type of person you strive to be. Either you pick up and try again or live in defeat and give up. I think having cute girls was the flavor on top. And especially golf is best played with friends. https://i.ur.com/OnfrwiR.png Thoughts on the anime quickly its really simple theres not much in it. I was super excited for this when the OVA came out and when it finally got a chance for the whole show I was so excited. I was not disappointed at all this was fun relaxing and OMG Aoba voice actor Takagi Miyu did such an amazing job of making her so CUTE I freaking love when she tries and fails its just the most cutest thing. And as for the animation and golfing tips it was all great and worth watching. Not top quality but it works for what it was presenting. Nothing too flashy or unique but simple and cute. The OP was fun but I absolutely love the ED. Currently one of my favorite of the season. And lastly I am kind of sad this is an original... I do hope we get another season... I want to see more of my three cute girls. Heres the simple sell of this anime... if you love CGDCT... watch it. If you dont skip it... other than that there isnt much to offer in this anime. Its not going to be like wow this is the next best sports anime... but again I dont like a lot of sports anime so yes this is better than most lol...
