Isekai de Cheat Skill wo Te ni Shita Ore wa Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level Up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta is literally everything that is wrong with the anime industry nowadays. I would like to say that the premise is generic but you dont see many isekais that actually go and make the MC be able to return to his real world and return to the other world as he pleases unless you read Chinese stuff however the execution of it is completely and absolutely generic and it feels asinine to even talk about what is wrong with this series. since its literally everything from both a visual and writing standpoint. The series looks like a piece of shit no seriously theres literally nothing in this series that comes close from looking even decent the artstyle looks absolutely ugly the directing is nonexistent and I would actually say that goes againts the series itself the first couple of seconds is a big proof of this the animation is nonexistent and when it exists its absolutely stiff and even sometimes change to CGI from a second to another without any particular reason you cannot even watch it for the fanservice because that is horrendously animated too. I would say that Im surprised this looks this way but when you see the series studio youll notice they were also the ones who made fricking Berserk 2016 to the point the director of that anime serve as chief director here and even other of their popular series Kumo Desu ga Nani ka? looks ugly too so theres no surprise in that this would look like if it was made a day before it aired instead of being prepared with time in advance. I would usually complain about specific scenes but really after the first episode when watching this series I would just phase out theres no other way I could even try to watch it every scene was mind numbling the super convenient way in that the guy turned OP the way he didnt realize he changed until he looked at the mirror it is your own body how would you not notice? the way that very strong monsters appear literally outside of the house theres nothing in here that can actually make you go and say that it is so bad that it is good because this cannot be used even as ironic entertainment even if it didnt look eye bleeding it still would be written in a way thatll make you lose braincells. I honestly never thought that this year let alone this season something even worse than Isekai wa Smartphone could air but then this thing appeared and it is honestly surprising how something I considered one of the worst anime ever made was surpased this easily about 5 years later but well here it is this thing exists and it is honestly embarrassing that it does. Unless something goes really wrong IseLeve has semented itself as the worst anime of the year. Thank you for reading.
