While trying to escape from the police during a car chase, a young criminal unwillingly makes a time jump and lands in 2050, in the city of Neo-Tokyo. But his journey has left him with total amnesia, and no sooner has he arrived than he is pursued not only by the police, but also by a large-scale criminal organization.
