Wataru Aikawa

Aikawa Watarus father is being transferred overseas. Seeing this as a perfect opportunity Wataru decides to stay behind in Japan and live on his own. Even though hes a new transfer student his teacher convinces him to become a Library Representative. When his fellow library rep tells him that theyre missing a member he goes out to find her meeting Rinko for the second time.
