He is the former Oracle of AlThamen and the Kou Empire after siding with Hakuryuu to aid him in taking over Kou Empire. According to Hakuryuu Ren the name Judar was given by AlThamen and his real name is unknown. He is the one of the main antagonist of the series. Judar in arabic means argument debate controversy.
