Konohamaru Sarutobi

Konohamaru named after the village he lives in: Konoha is the grandson of the Third Hokage and by extension the nephew of Asuma Sarutobi. Konohamaru usually hangs out with his two friends Udon and Moegi. Together they call themselves the Konohamaru Corps Konohamaru Ninja Squad in the English dub. In Part II they are teamed together under the leadership of Ebisu Konohamarus former tutor. At the start of the series Konohamaru feels unacknowledged due to his status as the Hokages grandson. As such he frequently attempts to defeat his grandfather in battle so that he can become Hokage himself and earn the recognition he desires. Once meeting Naruto Uzumaki Konohamaru realizes that he cant become Hokage by simply attacking his grandfather and will need to train hard to accomplish this goal.
