The president of the Otogi Bank. His skill is crossdressing which he uses to gain information normal men cant obtain. He is almost never seen working. He is a parody of the grasshopper in Aesops fable The Ant and the Grasshopper as he is usually seen apparently slacking off. His full name sounds like kirigirisu which is Japanese for grasshopper.
