Shibata Taketora

A generally enthusiastic young policeman Shibata Taketora will do whatever it takes to save others. He may have the appearance of a middleschooler but this policeman who wants to be a detective in the youth division has drive. A master at kendo he makes up for his size in dangerous situations. When that doesnt work he has his friends to back him up. During the course of the plot Taketora meets different kids and he tries to help them solve their problems. This is where his special power comes in: he can see if someone is in mortal danger because to his eyes shinigami hands appear around them. This to those who dont know about Taketoras powers which are the majority of the characters causes them to wonder and some to even suspect that somethings not right. However Taketora usually ends up saving kids from immediate danger and becoming friends with them because he cares and believes in them unlike what they expect from other police.
