Neru Toshiya

She is the president of the art club and used to cover her face with a mask in her first appearances. She seems to be addicted to some kind of psychedelic grass and is seen using it during artistic euphoria. Shes also very fond of Hanako Honda and calls her Princess Hanako. The student council president thinks her personality resembles Hanakos similarly bizarre and unhinged.
