Felicia Melissa Epstein

Dr. Felicia Bernstein is a scientist studying how to genetically modify a wheat crop that will grow in the deserts of earth after the nuclear fallout of WWIII. She hates violence and never wants to leave anyone behind. She is searching for her uncle who has information on the location of her older brother Leon who disappeared five years ago. In the wreckage of her uncles home Felicia discovers android 1019 who was sent by Leon to guide her to Oz a city of brilliant minds that has become a mythical postwar utopia. Felicia asks contracted mercenary Mutou to accompany her on this journey and falls in love with him during the journey.
