After his dead in station Meijijinqumae Chapter 5 / Volume 1 Seiya gets more power than he had to now and he can say who will be live and who will die now. He can stay on side of innocent people who fall down to claws of monsters ghosts zombies etc... from Tokyo metro underground or he can help souls who cant find peace as so long as they have their revenge.
