Fung Lung

One of the Four Celestial Kings Hak Lungs right hand men. He attends Hak Lung and Kurumis school and is in their class remaining silent most of the time and never smiling. He hates unintelligent people and wont obey anyone elses orders except for Hak Lungs. Apparently he has been considered a genius since childhood and as such he is noted as being the brains behind the Dragon King Organization. He is extremely loyal to Hak Lung so much to the point where he practically idolizes him. His name in Cantonese means wind dragon. He made a small cameo in one of Mayu Shinjous other works Love Celeb assisting Hak Lung in kidnapping Kirara.
