The estranged younger brother of Prince Vegeta Tarble is one of the four remaining FullBlooded Saiyans left in Universe 7. He was exiled from Planet Vegeta from a young age and sent to a remote planet as he lacked the aggression and fighting skills required to be a Saiyan warrior being classified as a lowclass Saiyan.
He is a polite and gentle individual who lacks the inititive to fight and has a deep sense of admiration for his brother.
