Takeshi Ohgi

The underboss of the Inada Group and the initial supplier of Washizus victims. He along with Yasuoka sets up the death match between Akagi and Washizu hoping to use Akagi as an assassin to bring down Washizu once and for all. For this purpose he bets his own arm on the outcome of the match.
